How to maintain the induction heating machine in Winter?

Induction heating equipment is widely used in forging,hardening and heat treatment industry.

In cold winter,maintain for induction heating machine is very important, Inappropriate operation may destroy the machine,

In order to keep normal production,must protect the waterway from frozen.

Simple way, turn off the machine when stop production,let the water pump working, especially the outdoor water cooling system. Before you turn on the machine next morning,must check the cabinet,if find water or frozen, don’t use the machine until all back to normal.

If water path is OK,preheating the machine 10 minutes before start heating.
