Now in Duolin factory,we researched and designed out two automatically hot forging machine for steel ring.The diameter is 50-200 mm with wall thickness 5-20 mm.the complete heating system controlled by PLC,high efficiency and save labor.

We choose 160KW and 250KW induction heating equipment with low frequency about 2 Khz,ensure the good uniform temperature and heating area.
