1250KW machine for Hot Forging

Billet heating for hot forging is the most common use for induction heating.Material can be carbon steel,aluminium,stainless steel and other ferrous and non ferrous steel.

In Duolin Factory,1250KW induction heating equipment is under debugging,it used for diameter above 100mm bar heating to 1200 celsius degree,two furnaces work together to improve the heating production,PLC station make the turkey induction forging system work automatically.

After testing,the machine will send to Russian customer factory,this is the tenth billet heater since 2009.
