As the important industry equipment, high frequency induction machine can be applied in many areas. It can be used to heat the workpieces surface without any harm to environment and staff health. The high frequency induction heating has many advantages over the traditional heat treatment methods. Here are the maintenance of it per quarter.

1.We need to check the time relay, temperature relay, overcurrent relay, pressure gage, junction and ligature.

2.Check whether there are ablation phenomenon of air switch and breaker contactor.

3.Check bang-bang control system, weak current control system and trigger circuit.

4.Check whether the protective circuit are reliable.

5.Check whether there are problem of fuse.
