Many people do not know how to choose the induction heating machine for their industry, while today we will introduce the methods to choose it. At first, we should consider from those aspects:
1.The shape and size of the workpieces which needs to be heated.
The workpieces with big size, bar stock, material needs the induction heating machine with large power, low frequency; the workpieces with small size, tube stock, wheel gear needs the induction heating machine with small power and high frequency.
2.The depth and area needs to be heated.
It needs to choose the induction heating machine with large power and low frequency for deep depth and large area.
3.The required heating speed.
If it needs the fast heating speed, the large power and high frequency induction heating machine is a better choice.
