One customer from Zoomlion came to the factory to factory acceptance the induction soldering equipment. Zoomlion ,famous Chinese company Founded in 1992, it is the first A+H-share listed company in the industry, mainly engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of high-tech equipment such as construction machinery and agricultural machinery.
Glass plates are wearing parts that need strong impact resistance and play a major role in water conservancy. The customer used the traditional gas welding method before. In order to improve the process, he visited our factory to check the induction heating welding equipment’s work. The customer was very satisfied.
Said that compared with the traditional heating method, Induction heating has the following advantages:
1: The induction welding speed is fast. In the past, 3 pieces were intelligently welded in one hour by gas welding, and the induction heating efficiency was doubled, and 6 pieces could be welded.
2: The induction welding temperature is uniform, the virtual welding is less, and the welding quality is high
3: Induction welded parts have a longer service life and are durable
