The 4th Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE)

The 4th Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE) has been held from May 15-18, 2025. At this exhibition, Duolin brought a rivet induction heating machine, which is widely used in the engineering field of high-strength connections of large steel structures such as railways and bridges. Therefore, this heating field has many requirements for heating technology, such as fast heating, good heating effect, easy operation, and mobility. Traditional on-site hot riveting processes such as flame heating (acetylene) have high risk factors, poor heating uniformity, and low thermal efficiency. The emergence of induction hot riveting technology has made up for these shortcomings. Therefore, in recent years, induction heating hot riveting technology has gradually been promoted and applied. Therefore, the market urgently needs an induction heater that focuses on rivet heating. Duolin's rivet induction heating machine (MD-S-30) has emerged.

The MD-S-30 rivet induction heating furnace is a mobile device with a built-in circulating water cooler, which does not require external cooling equipment. It is equipped with three induction heating coils, which can heat three rivets simultaneously. The output power is 30KW, and the oscillation frequency is 10-40KHz. It can heat rivets with a diameter of 19-22mm  to 1100C within 30 seconds. The MD-S-30 control panel has rich functions, including input and output current display, overcurrent reset, frequent setting, power adjustment, etc.
