The work principle for induction heating

Induction heating is the process of of an electrically conducting object by electromagnetic induction, through heat generated in the object by eddy currents. Induction heating machine including the power unit and heating coils.

It is widely used in billet or metal bar heating before forging and forming, shaft gear surface hardening. One induction heating equipment can be used for different heating purpose when connect with kinds of inductors.

Induction heating machine need water cooling system during work process, so you need expert to help electric and water connection.
