Induction coil is the important instrument for the induction brazing equipment. The basic principle to chose the induction coil is to ensure the heating speed and high efficient. The induction coil is made from the copper pipe. There should be certain intervals between the induction coil and weldments in case of the short circuit, while in order to improve the heat efficient, we also need to reduce the intervals as we can.
When we use the induction brazing, we can apply the brazing filler metal in foil, filiform, powdery and paste. The brazing filler metal is not easy to form the closed-loop. The induction brazing machine is widely used to the welding steel, copper and copper alloy brazing. While as to the aluminum alloys, because of the temperature, it is not suitable for the induction brazing.
