The advantages and disadvantages of the induction heating

Apr. 06, 2016

The induction heating has become increasing widely used in all walks of life. In order to take fully use of it, we need to get to know its advantages and disadvantages.

The induction heating advantages include:

1.It can heat the workpieces on a part instead of the whole one;

2.Fast heating speed, do not need the gas protection;

3.Adjust the working frequency and power according to the requirement;

4.Easy to operate and convenient to use.

Besides those advantages, the induction heating also has the following disadvantages. For example, the equipment is much complex and of a higher cost, and the interchangeability and adaptation of the induction part is not excellent. While compared with its advantages, the disadvantages of it is not a big problem. So the induction heating technology is the main technology for the metal heating and a ideal choice for the heating method.
