500KW Induction Heating Machine Installation

Duolin after sales team have installed 500KW induction heating machine in customer factory.

It is a company for sucker rod manufacture,customer needs to heat length 8 meters long bar,both ends will be heated.The 500KW machine can heat one piece up to forging high temperature in 6 seconds,fully automatic continuous heating and feeding,very high production.

Customer bought one set in 2019,it is the second induction heating system.
