2024 MTM EXPO SHANGHAI will be held from December 18th to December 20th at Hall N1/N2/N3 of the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The Metal World Expo includes seven major themes, namely: Metallurgical Industry Expo, Refractory Materials Expo, International Forging Heat Treatment Expo, International tube Industry Expo, International Metal Wire Products and Equipment Expo, International Industrial Furnace and Thermal Technology Expo, International Aluminum Industry Expo, and International Nonferrous Metals Expo.
The exhibits of the forging Expo include three categories: forgings, flanges and ring products, and forging equipment.
Forged parts mainly include automobile, motorcycle, sedan forgings, marine forgings, petrochemical forgings, bearing forgings, engineering machinery, shafts, gears, rollers, and various flange parts.
The vast majority of the above-mentioned metal materials can be hot forged and quenched using our induction heating eq-uipment to enhance material strength.
As a technology-based enterprise deeply rooted in the field of induction heating forging for many years, Duolin Company naturally participated in this grand event. During the Expo, many manufacturers in the forging and related metal heating industries had in-depth communication with us. They were very interested in the characteristics of Duolin induction forging technology, such as energy consumption, output, heating effect, etc. After in-depth communication, they all showed strong interest and exchanged business cards and product catalogs with us.

How Induction Brazing Machines Are Transforming Traditional Brazing Techniques
Jul. 14, 2025
Induction brazing uses electromagnetic induction to heat metal parts and melt a filler metal to create strong, clean joints. The process involves a high-frequency alternating current passing through a coil, generating a magnetic field that induces heat in the workpiece.
What is the difference between induction hardening and quenching?
Jun. 24, 2025
In the field of metal heat treatment, two commonly referenced processes are induction hardening and quenching. While both methods aim to improve the hardness and wear resistance of metal components, they differ significantly in principles, applications, and equipment.

This small power induction heater are high performance on small parts metal induction heating, easy to move and operate. Designed, produce and develpoment by Duolin team for 30 years, durable and good heating performance.
Induction heating is the process of heating an electrically conducting object (usually a metal) by electromagnetic induction, through heat generated in the object by eddy currents. An induction heater consists of induction power supply (induction heater) and inductor (coil) that is a shaped to contour the part, and a work station where the part is held and presented to the coil.
